Video at the link.
This should be interesting. Palazzo is an establishment GOP goober. The TEA Party candidate, Joe Tegerdine, lost the primary to him. Palazzo's dad is big buds with Halley Barbour. Rumor has it his crooked a snake.

... While I’m in no way wild about Palazzo, Gene Taylor, a Democrat pretending to be a Republican, will certainly uphold Obama’s lawless agenda.

Taylor wouldn’t be the first conservative democRat to change parties. I’d be willing to hear him out.

While Palazzo is more moderate than I’d like, Gene Taylor is not the answer. Gene Taylor was conservative mostly on social issues, not economic ones. He was bought and paid for by Big Labor, and was a reliable vote for anything the union bosses wanted, even though Mississippi is a strong right-to-work state.

If he is a Republican he should have switched in he had the chance.

He has always given me the creeps. There is something ‘not right’ about him; maybe his New Orleans roots.

Several years ago, I saw a video of him being a total jackass to a young reporter girl who was trying to ask him some hard questions. Later (during his campaign against Palazzo) I went back trying to find the video, but it’s been scrubbed from the Internet. The guy is a snake.

I heard this from a buddy of mine this morning and thought he was joking. What can I do to help derail this train? Does the Tea Party have a strategy that might be effective and I can contribute to? I am in the very southern part of Jackson Co. with limited mobility for the next few weeks.
Advice requested.

I don’t know about any other TEA Parties, except my own in my little town.
I’d just donate directly to Palazzo.
Gene Taylor is a snake, who’s doing nothing but proving that corrupt career politicans just can’t stay away.
I depise the evil, arrogant SOB.

I’m sticking with Palazzo - not some “gender—identity-challenged” guy who thinks he has a better chance on the Republican side because he is too “moderate” for the Left side.

He is a socialist that does not believe that anyone should be able to leave wealth to their family when they die. I have heard him say it plainly and directly. He is a RAT!

I know he may not be that likable, but wasn’t Taylor for a number of cycles the most conservative of all the Democrat House members? There was no competition for the title, I guess. I once heard the forgotten Vin Weber, R-MN, call Taylor a “conservative”.

Taylor voted against Obamacare and for impeaching Clinton.
