No, just enclaves. Most of America is red. Just encircle the liberal septic tanks of Chicago, New York, Baltimore, etc., and make them deal with their own kind. Anyone attempting a break-out gets capped.

Actually you’d have to include Austin, El Paso, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. They all went Blue in 2012 by wide margins.
