U.S.-Born Children Ask for Stop to Deportation of Parents

We need clear law that children born in the US to non-citizens do not become US citizens. I recall hearing a discussion years ago on this subject that the law provides for this but has received a faulty court interpretation and needs to go back to the Supremes, or legislation clarifying the language. What say ye???

Misleading headline....they are children of ILLEGALS born while in the U.S. They have NO ties, no Citizenry per a clear reading of the 14th.

Dedication to parents seem to be missing from these “children’. They are not the kind of children my parents taught my brother who was killed in WWII on Okinawa and myself a soldier on Leyte to be as family.

The law (14th amendment) only properly allows automatic citizenship to a child born to citizens or legal immigrants (on a path toward citizenship). Misapplication of the law by awarding tax funded benefits to illegal aliens is the problem. Selective enforcement of the law is common to both political parties. The problem is one of maladministration of benefit programs because of an improper interpretation of terms.
