Her perseverance often awes me. Her arrogance sometimes galls me. And her particular braid of high-mindedness and high-handedness almost always leaves me puzzled and exhausted.
But what I’ve been feeling for and about Hillary Clinton over the last week is sadness. Does she have even a smidgen of privacy left? Can she utter a syllable or think a thought with any assurance that it won’t be exposed, analyzed, ridiculed?
When she was talking decades ago with Diane Blair, whose journals are part of “The Hillary Papers,” she no doubt assumed an audience of one: her dear friend. Her best friend. But this corner of Hillary’s life, like every other, has now been put on public display. Get as close as you like. Gawk. Judge.

So Hillary was running the show.

Some come with baggage and Hillary comes with a complete sets, trunks, and travel cases.
Hillary’s strategy has always been to evoke pity for HILLARY, thus disarming her opponents, while she pretends to soldier on, above their pettiness. From 60 Minutes to the NYT, Big Media has carried these tears in buckets.
Bill cheats on her a thousand times: long-suffering Hillary stands by her man (ignoring her brutal suppression of the “sluts”). She is bigger and tougher than he is, and cares more about “helping others” than personal humiliation.
Rick Lazio fails to play dead in the Senatorial debate: poor Hillary assaulted by an aggressive male, tantamount to rape.
Obama steals the Presidency by trumping her First Semi-Woman with First Half-African: but poor Hillary, it was HER TURN...we owe it to her next time.
Hillary pioneers totalitarian insurance/healthcare disasters, but Obama co-opts it (after opposing her “mandate” during the campaign): but is her legacy program called HillaryCare? Oh, noooo. Cheated again. And Obama ruined everything; under Hillary it would have been wonderful...
Her ambassador is killed in Benghazi. But poor Hillary fell due to overwork and temporarily lost her memory, unjustly preventing her from explaining her foreign policy successes to mean men in Congress.
Hillary is so brilliant, so compassionate, wise, and experienced, so 60’s communitarian, so ...victimized. For her to be less than Queen of the World is just not fair.
Notice how Hillary is orchestrating the release of certain things she fears are damaging now, so that she can manage the perception of them, and avoid being pushed off-message during the campaign. Later her servile news media can say, “oh, this is just old news.”
Another spin in the article is the implication that all Hillary’s secrets have been aired — poor woman has NO privacy. Nothing to see here, move along. Hillary is in full campaign mode already, and is already using her big media stooges to shape the battlefield for the lesser media.
Ask yourself—who would you like facing off with Putin-—Obama or Hillary? Romney? Rand Paul? No—Hillary is the bitch we need to face off the tyrants in the wings. BUT before I will support her she needs to do two things:
A) tell us what happened and why at Bengahzi? B) Tell all about Obama and his misrule—toss him under the bus and in prison and you got my Vote.
Gosh. You can’t look at her. You can’t say anything about her. Now, you can’t look at her history. They think she’s a goddess.
Yes.
This hits the nail on the head.
There is a scary psycopathology in the East Coast elite.
This article is troubling in so many ways.
With the exception of Obama or any other democRAT politician. Those get free passes.
