Bunk. The People have a right to define the society they live in and "government" is supposed to implement that.

If the Founders had thought for one second that their words could be used this way to legitimize homosexuality they would have made Marriage the First Article in the Constitution this fraud claims to know.
The Founders were pretty specific adamant about spelling out the powers that fedgov was to be limited to. That's what article 1,section 8 was about. "Hey, here's what the federal government is allowed to do. Period!" And to help drive the point home even further, the did a "No, short-bus people...we really, really mean that article 1 stuff!" when they wrote the 10th amendment. But then somebody thought it would be a good idea to take stolen money and do favors for married people. That's where fedgov got the power to redefine your religious institution for you. You answer isn't to try to put people in power who will keep doing favors for you. You need to tell uncle sam to keep his damned favors and get out.
