Has CA started issuing driver’s licenses to illegals?
A pejorative to a bad driver used to be, “Where’d you get yer’ driver’s license, out of Cracker Jack box?!”
Now, they needn’t even buy the Cracker Jacks! Licenses are handed out like party favors!
