My experience with Comcast is the customer service with billing issues is beyond bad. It takes them 2 weeks to process a check to your account. I could go on...
However, when my service went out when the tree cutter dropped a tree on the line, they came out and put in a new updated line at no charge. Repair guys I have dealt with have been excellent.
We pay our Comcast bill with direct bill pay via our local bank.
We get an email from Comcast and the bank telling us when the bill is due and the amount which is never the same regardless if we don’t watch a pay for movie.
I log on to my bill pay section at my banks site and go to the Comcast bill and pay it.
