It’s not just Feds, it’s the Executive Branch. A civilian Army better equipped, ect.

Rural Alaskans luv the old military guns, so when all the new calibers came out for ARs, well it’s second nature. I used a 6.8 for a couple years, then Armalite 338 fed, but it was just too heavy to lug around. Picked up a 308 SCAR a year back and it’s killed a bunch of caribou, a few black bear, and my nephew even killed a grizzly bear with that SCAR, 250 yards away moving out too; magazines are sweet for when ya miss the first shot or two. Anyway, I load 165 A-FRames & 168 TTSX’s with RL-15, TAC, and 4064 if I have to. I only load 43 grains or less, chrono’s right under 2500 and that’ll kill anything I’m shooting at. Here’s the problem, just look around for some RL-15 or TAC; non-existent. I see primers, can mail in bullets, but there ain’t powder anywhere right now. Something ain’t right?

Because I am ‘paranoid’,when I read of the Federals buying billions of rounds of ammunition, I cannot help but wonder if they expect an uprising in the near future.

they have to provide ammunition for the "fast and furious guns", we have a lot more border agents to take care of.

To keep illegals out or keep citizens in?

To stop illegals from coming in of course. To keep “citizens” in line you just tell them they are “free” and give them TV and let them “vote”. Why would they leave?

I am not so sure.

When several mon hs ago, I read that they had bought a quantity of .303 Enfield, I thought that to be a sign they were buying this stuff to send to Syria. You will not find any modern army shooting the .303. But they are used for sniping by terrorists in the Mideast.

Then recently I read that they had purchased a huge amount of 7.62x39.

That is what the AK-47 shoots.

So my conclusion is that obumbler is spending Homeland Security money, Post Office money, etc., to purchase ammo for Syrian rebels because congress will not give him money to do so.

I am sure some of it will be fired at us, but I believe most of it is going over seas.

They can take every city with just a couple of backpacks and declaring marshall law. Everyone will stay in their homes while homeland and police and fbi and whoever else flashes a badge searches the neighborhoods.

You’ll know when it’s about to happen , Free Republic , Fox News ,Rush Limbaugh and others like him will go off the air

Yep, those are some of the signs I'm looking for. Sure, they are easily "readable" actions and will warn many. However, I don't think the fascists could *not* take them down. If left up they would be too useful in instigating and coordinating resistance. So even though it'll be a big red flag, I expect those to be some of the opening moves.

Watch "SNIPER 101 - Part 1 Introduction - Rex Reviews" and join the US Patriotic Citizen Sniper Teams. If the Obama government can have snipers then we can too! There is 75 videos in this subject to teach you everything you'll need to know about sniping.

That’s what I’m thinking too.

I have tons of this round and Schirroco as well.

Also Prizi, Wolf, So Africa, Argentina NATO rounds.

I was shooting last year and a fellow came up to my lane to inform me I might bit want to shoot “high power “ rounds through my M1A.

I asked why and he proceeds to tell me about max PSI in a chamber on the M1.

I politely listen then inform him I think I recently read that same article.

The discussion was about Garlands.

So I repeat a bit if the article back and show him the differences between his rifle and mine.

I also inform him that this gun doesn’t care what you feed it.

It has a voracious appetite.

I hand him the rifle and set him up on my lane and tell him to shoot till gets tired and if he moves anything on my sight to feel free bit write it down.

So he runs through 3 mags and I’m reloading and talking to my brother.

The fella takes the empty mag out and secure my.rifle

He notices something I hadn’t noticed “Schirroco rounds are pretty expensive”. He says.

I laugh and realize I grabbed ammo from the wrong shelf but, tell him to”Even more expensive if you don’t got em and need them. I got 30,000 rounds of 308. I’ll survive.

Though I am saving Schirroco and Hornady for the real rainy day when every shot counts and I need to reach out and touch someone”

I think I shot about $800 bucks that day.

Oh well

And my Garand can take anything as well. I up graded the barrel and had it chambered in .308.

Luv it.....

Yeah?

I tried to buy a box of instant ice packs the other day.

Went to 4 drug stores before I found a pack.

1st thought was “that’s crazy. someone must be building something”

I don’t understand this either. How do these purchases compare to previous years, for agencies that were around in previous years? And how would DHS’ tender for these compare to those of the other agencies that had the responsibilities they now have?

Obviously from the article they have a hog problem and the best way to combat it is with the Hornady AMAX “sniper” round.....

That is all I can figure out /sarc barf chunks

Yep and do not leave out the 300WIN Mag or 338WIN Mag. Both will have superior terminal ballistics over the 308WIN. BUT, I love my 308 as well for out to 1000.

I’m actually going to be mounting my new vortex viper to my 300 win mag this weekend. I can’t wait. I like my AR10T but I’m more excited about that 300 WM. I’m gonna have a ton of fun with it this summer. Once I am bored with it, it’s on to .338 lapua.
