My experience, the blacks don’t want white people moving in to see what they are really up to - filth and crime. Blacks like living in a black bubble of dysfunction, blaming whitey, and then receiving massive gov grants, opportunity zone designation. They don’t want to bust up the black Democrat voting bloc.
