It’s a logical extension of the feminist invention “mini-rape”. That’s what you are guilty of if you see an attractive young lady walking down the street, smile at her, and say hello. Since you wouldn’t smile and greet a man (or an ugly woman) that way, you’re gaining a form a sexual gratification from the encounter, and since she didn’t consent beforehand, it is a form of rape.

Don’t laugh. That is exactly the way it was explained to me by a 27-year-old PSU grad who I had (mistakenly) hired as an English teacher based on the theory that in order to get a Masters degree in any topic from an American University, a person would have to know English.

When I fired her less than a month after I had hired her (chronic absenteeism and tardiness) she screeched at me as a Neanderthal fascist bastard and threatened to sue. If it had been America I am sure she would have managed something, but in Japan they just laugh at you when you try that crap.
