There is nothing uglier than office politics between warring women.
This notion that there is a “sisterhood” where women look out for each other and mentor each other is BS
The Big Lie I’m tired of hearing is how women earn less than men because of Men Keeping Them Down and outright Discrimination.
Nevermind the fact that there are entire INDUSTRIES that are primarily worked by men - lumberjacks, miners, police, firemen - that are inherrently dangerous, and therefore have higher rates of compensation.
That is a 100% accurate observation. I hated being caught in the crossfire.
There were days crossing the parking lot I hoped a car would hit me or I would have a heart attack. Any excuse not to go in there. It was a messed up period.
