Many of the illegals are good people and I hope we can help them. There must be some set of things the US can ask them to do to get on the path to the right side of US law. Like enroll on the tax list. Like file an income tax and pay back taxes.

"Good people" who violated our laws by entering illegally, committing ID theft, stealing SSNs, working illegally, evading taxes, lying on employment forms, etc. Many of these are felonies.

The only way they get on the right side of the law is to get out. We need to help our own citizens and legal residents of this country. When you reward something, you get more of it. Paying back taxes is a cheap price of entry into this country while millions of intending immigrants who played by the rules and are awaiting their turn to enter remain in hellholes while we confer benefits on the lawbreakers. BS.
