I think the millennials will for the most part sit out 2014.
In 2016 it will probably take someone new and charismatic to get them out(i.e. not Hilary).
A Hillary run is a gamble for the Democrats. Will the increase in women’s votes counteract the loss of some blacks who won’t bother to vote, and the lack of enthusiasm among the young for someone who looks like their grandmother?
And what percentage of the vote can they simply fictionalize?
