Obama to bypass Congress in 2014, rule by agency decree
Daily Caller ^ | 01/26/2014 | Neil Munro

White House officials say President Barack Obama will aggressively use his control of federal agencies to impose his progressive agenda on the economy and society throughout 2014.

He’ll largely ignore GOP legislators, except to push GOP leaders to accept an amnesty for at least 12 million Democrat-leaning illegal immigrants, according to several White House officials who outlined the strategy to the Washington Post.

“Washington veterans have been brought into the West Wing to emphasize an executive style of governing that aims to sidestep Congress more often,” said the approving Washington Post article.

The new plan “is to bring all of the government alive in a way we have never been very good at,” said another official.

“We’ll be doing that as aggressively as possible…. and if we succeed, that is a big presidency,” a senior administration official told the Post.

Obama’s goals are more ambitious than what he had expected to get from the GOP after his 2012 reelection, an official said.

“Even in the best case — if the [GOP’s] fever had broken and the clouds had parted — we still would have only gotten maybe 40 percent of what we wanted,” said the official, who echoed Obama’s frequent description of the GOP’s conservative beliefs as the incoherent ravings of a sick patient.

The new “pen and phone” strategy appears to be a more aggressive version of the post 2010 “We Can’t Wait” strategy, in which Obama ha repeatedly promised to implement progressive policies when the GOP-led Congress refused to pass them.

ah, the “Cesar Chavez” model of government
Looks like the lovers of Mao, Castro and Chavez are finally at their pinnacle
We’ve all seen how well dictatorship works in other countries, now we get to experience it here

Eat your peas, comrade. and smile.

“When will he be stopped ?”

Wow... To think that we as a nation have arrived at a place when the question of “When will he be stopped?” is very telling and chilling!

Well let’s examine that. Congress refuses to do its constitutional duty, so what is left. Well, except for the fact they are nothing now but a group of abject obsequious failures, the military could exercise its duty to its oath to defend the republic. Failing that, well, the last few attempts to do anything have not met with any success by the people, the last group empowered to do anything about it. So, I guess it is all just a matter of conversation now....they have let this POS do as he wanted without reeling him in, so we now must bear the consequences.

As soon as congress eliminates the far more dire threat posed by the tea partiers.

Obama is going into full dictator mode now.

It would be nice if Congress actually woke up and took this guy down a few pegs and asserted there own role.

They’re too busy grifting and selling out to the highest bidder to worry about it though.

We’ve just about lost our government.

Yes, when will "bringing government alive" like never before be stopped? Look at what is happening in Kiev (long, fantastic pictures):

What happens when they can't take it any more

At least what is put into rules by executive order and non-elected agencies can be removed the same way if we can get a conservative in 2016. If the Congressional RINOs push through amnesty along with their leftist Democrat buddies, it will be permanent.

When we successfully remove ALL of the RINOs that are camped out in Congress and not one minute before.

There is a Conservative challenger for virtually all the Quislings that are infesting the GOP “leadership”. It’s up to US to see that they win these Primary Races. It’s our DUTY and RESPONSIBILITY to make this happen.

ERIC GURR is challenging John Boehner. (Ohio)

DWAYNE STOVALL is challenging John Cornyn. (TEXAS)

MATT BEVIN is challenging Mitch McConnell. (Kentucky)

There are more. Do your due diligence and make it happen! “FOR THE CHILDREN”, of course.

Probably going to be easy, with a compliant Congress and Court system. Americans don’t care. American Idol just came on.

“Wow... To think that we as a nation have arrived at a place when the question of “When will he be stopped?” is very telling and chilling!”

I’m in my 60s, and I never thought this would happen in my lifetime, though I always knew it was possible.

We have ceased to be a constitutional republic. We are now governed by a despotic kleptocracy. History is full of examples of what this eventually leads to, which will be very, very bad for those governing, or for those they govern. History has shown it can go either way, depending on the variables.

Get ready, my friends, because no matter which way it goes, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
