Our strategists read from the Dem playbook and it doesn’t work for us. We need to fire all of them and use a new book.

I don’t want Christie to be the nominee.

Don't worry. He was never going to be the Republican nominee. Maybe VP in 2016 but that was it and it's even more of a long shot now. The Obamabot media is just doing this because he's the largest target (double meaning intended). On the Dem side, after Hillary, the 'rats don't have much of a second string, and she looks like she's going to need a wheelchair by 2016.

You just reminded me of a joke made by Jimmy Fallon about the shutdown of the bridge. Fallon said that Christie was very angry about what happened because he thought someone said that the fridge was shutdown.

So Candy Crowley is interviewing who?

GOVERNOR O’MALLEY OF MERRYLAND!!!

I mean come on, Merryland is a state depending on bridges to get anywhere. And he did say that the governor of a state that dependent on bridges would surely know what was going on.

Yeah, O’Malley’s a Democrat but he’s right.....when bridges mean so much the people’s leader is very aware.

Bridges....man I know bridges. And don’t forget you can’t get off of bridges! Once you’re stuck on one you’re stuck.

I’ll allow that I am personally more insulted by the fat thug than many and maybe it’s cause I’ve been in many a bridge jam.

There’s no excuse for it, I will never forgive.....this story has legs.

It isn’t cute, it isn’t clever and to defend this guy, even to believe him....is naïve as all get out.

Surfing across the shows this morning, the conclusion is clear; the panty-wadding over the bridge thing must be excruciating. I wonder if somebody will have to hold a benefit for the media victims.

Back from my first big Sunday errand, (Kroger's) and I must tell you, that I agree with you on all your brilliant points.
:)

AND, your side note as well! I share your same hunch that her Beastiness might not run at all. She is OLD, and even OLDER than her age. She's truly "40 miles of bad road." I suspect her drinking that we know about has actually been a lot more serious and on a daily basis for a good many years.

I really don't think she's physically up to the strains of a grueling campaign now, let alone come 2016. Just look at her picture below at De Blasio's swearing-in festivities!

From comments on Paul Mulshine's Star Ledger column (he's no Christie fan):

"The fact that one town has three lanes dedicated to it, that kind of gets me sauced," Christie said Dec. 2 in response to Democratic lawmakers subpoenaing the director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey -- which operates the bridge -- to appear before a state Assembly committee about the lane closures from Sept. 9-13.(Politifact)

(The) "agreement" referenced in the Robert Durando email of September 10 at 11:05 AM (page 620 of Exhibit B), as in "which they should have had access to, had we given them the three lanes as per the agreement." Someone needs to find out what agreement he is talking about. Is there a longstanding agreement between Fort Lee and the Port Authority regarding those local access lanes that was violated by Wildstein's "TL24 Test."

It is a matter of fact that Christie has said he was unhappy with the bridge traffic pattern, but there is nothing in the record to indicate that he had any problem with the mayor. The "political vendetta" may have been longstanding -- decades -- and directed towards the (Republican) outer suburbs that need to take that approach to the bridge. The traffic onto the bridge was always awful coming from the NJ Turnpike.

Imagine what that will look like in January 2025 at her retirement from term 2.

Happy errand running! I did my shopping errands on the way home from work last week - Fred Meyers (IIRC it’s part of the Kroger chain) on Thurs night and Costco Fri night.

I remember seeing that picture on FR. First, I’m sure she’s wearing a wig - - nothing wrong with that but I don’t ever recall her wearing one before. Second, her face looks bloated, possibly from some sort of medication. She could be squinting but her eyes don’t look right and I don’t recall her sitting “lady-like” with her hands in her lap like that - -she, like most women, express themselves with their hands when talking and often while listening. She looks ill to me.

I’m wondering if when she was “sick” before the Benghazi hearing if she didn’t have a stroke instead of a concussion (or perhaps she had a stroke and fell, which caused the concussion) - - perhaps tinfoil hat donning speculation, but she just doesn’t look right. I also remember her wearing glasses during the hearing - - don’t ever recall her wearing glasses like that before (IIRC she wore light-framed reading glasses from time to time). All that said, she looks much worse that when she said, “what difference does it make” - - almost like a Weekend at Bernies look.

I agree, I don’t think she’s up to the strains of a campaign (though Bill, Chelsea and others would be on the trail for her). Perhaps, she thinks she won’t have to campaign too much because of the media and her minions doing her work for her and she’ll just be anointed. I think she’s laying low and saying she hasn’t decided to see if her health turns around and how much more comes out re Benghazi and other things.

Hey onyx, is nobama still the Supreme Leader in 2414? What’s the minimum age there? Are you burning up, meaning globull warming is true?

Living here in Mississippi, I miss Costco the most of all stores, because I still do a lot of shopping online at my ll time favorite: Nordstrom’s! - (free shipping and no sales tax!!)

Here I go agreeing with you again on all counts. I also think her “blood clot” or “stroke” was caused by a drunken fall. Her blood pressure is likely very high due to her alcohol intake, which also accounts for her bloated face, but not for those cankles...lol.

LOL. I'm going to give some series thought to this, but right now, I have to finish my errands, because it's NFL day.

Your team plays first and then my San Diego Chargers!

One thing's for sure, in the Year 2414, nobama is a disgraceful footnote in American History, and is burning in Hell. How's that for starter's?

:)
