“Please do tell how you know for a fact there is no physical hell fire???”

Please tell me how you do know.

“Or do you believe that references to Hell are not meant literally but as sybolic representations of a deeper Truth?”

Yes> I believe men suffer in hell for breaking God’s laws, but it’s not fire; hell to me is more like certain parts of Trenton NJ.

“but this demon is headed to hell.”

I think he is too, but not in an eternal fire.

“Maybe it’s all those Scriptural references to the second death and the lake of fire. Why should they not be considered literally?”

Because our God is a merciful God. I don’t believe eternal burning in physical fire is his MO. I do believe we are punished for breaking his laws.

“We are given once to die”

Biggest untruth in the Bible.

“Very strange words coming from someone with your screen name”

There’s more to the Templars than in conventional literature. Some were master alchemists.

“Given infinite options, any ‘Creator’ who’d implement such a scheme is unworthy of veneration.”

The important thing is, when not believing such a scheme, to believe that there is another scheme that does make the Creator worthy of veneration.

Agreed ..

I don’t know Dude. Some of the reports of near death experiences are not too good.

Evil PONS...there fixed it. One of Holder’s people. Maybe the ‘burn’ he felt were the flames of Hell already beginning to engulf him.

I never said that I know for sure, but you sure came across like you had the proof that is does not exist.

There's no denying what's written in the Bible, and I would be very leery of any allegorical or metaphorical interpretations when it comes to this issue.

As mentioned earlier, the story of the rich man and the beggar Lazarus illustrates this. The message to the rich man - "you had plenty of warnings!"

In all my reading of NDE’s, I have never seen a report of burning in hell. There are reports of hellish places, but not burning.

Well I believe it very strongly. I don’t think it’s Gods plan to have billions of souls burning in hell for eternity. People are punished for breaking Gods laws, but not in hell. To me it is such a simplistic concept. God’s justice and mercy is way more complex than that.
