I was in the Machinists and Aerospace workers for a year. My brother for 15. It was enlightening, to say the least. The union mindset is truly something to behold. The way the National union whips up the hate and brings out the violent worst in people.
Went on strike for 5 months, finally accepted the same offer they turned down at the beginning.
The Company still closed the doors 2 months later, just like they said they would if the union went through with a strike.
