Wow, thanks for the information! I have an almost five year old who I joke is either going to be a super genius or criminal because she is so clever. She has had sinus issues her entire life, but allergy medicine tends to make her even more wired. She has the ability to completely focus on things, so I never really considered that she was a candidate for ADHD, though her concentration abilities are more limited than my other three kids. I will definitely be researching this issue, and thank you for your input!

The sooner you can get her on allergy shots the less the damage done. I have to take both the shots and antihistamines.

Kids and later in life adults that have what I'm talking about can it not distracted often have pin point concentration. They can also be distracted easy or concentration can vary due to several factors including weather fronts.
Kids with this and adults may score high or above average on testing again if undistributed.
I've know of Paramedics and cops with it as well as firemen. The adrenalin involved in response allows for focusing.
The downside is this. In adult life C.A.P.D. can also mean anxiety disorders. That is because the primary physical issue such as Inner Ear etc is damaged and anxiety is a symptom of it much like ADD or ADD/ADHD type symptoms can be in a kid with this. Ritalin will not help kids with this unless they also do have ADD ADHD as well.
