Rochester, NY:
- Bad winters.
- Average-looking chicks.
- Limited opportunities for work.
- Oppressive gun laws.
- Taxes! Taxes! Taxes!
What's not to love leave?

(Early 2009 to 7/21/2013 - RIP my little girl Cathy. You were the best cat ever. You will be missed.)

About the only good things I saw when I was there a few years ago were the High Falls and Dinosaur BBQ.

Really can't disagree, however I will say ...
- Winter is what you make of it. I've been running for 33 years and my best runs have been in winter.
- Employment in Rochester was a no brainer through the early-mid 90s.
Since then, Kodak, Xerox, printing industry have all faded to almost nothing. Tool and die still big here. - Guns laws, federal or state, are the same statewide, not just Roch.
- Most suburban schools are some of the best in the country.
- Rush hour "traffic jams" last 18 minutes. I grew up in NYC, I know traffic jams.
