Most of the invaders have no better than a 3rd grade edumacation. It will be hard to pass a class unless a lower class CITIZEN is assigned to take tests for them.
This is open discrimination against those citizens and VISA holders who are LEGALLY in this country yet come from another state “officially”.
Here you have people who come from another COUNTRY, who have even falsified their paperwork, and yet they are granted the in-state discount.
Take this to the Supreme Court.
I'd be curious to see where the 'compromise' was. In the meantime, Christie is still dead to me as a candidate.
It’s a federal law that he has to give the same benefit to citizens of the other states.
Your daughter had the right to demand in-state tuition from any state that grants it to illegals.
It was the IIRCA law of 1996 pushed through by Gingrich.
Clearly says if they do it for illegals, gotta do it for all Americans.
basically, in any state that does it, they no longer have a right to out of state tuition....except for legal foreign students.
