Let’s think about this.

If we used this to end *all* of the other wealth redistribution programs, and shut down all their various support agencies and structures, this could actually be a net savings to the taxpayer from what we have now.

No more welfare, no Social Security, no disability, no Medicaid or Medicare, just one simple flat - rate payment to every adult citizen.

What I want is my money back that was spent on waste like studying The Sex Life of The Fruit Fly. All that money should be paid back to working people - to people who actually work for a living. We need a Pay Us Back drive. Make a list of all the bs grants that were given for research last year, total up the dollars, divide the total by the number of actual workers we have in this country, and send each of us a check. Pay Us Back!

Pay Us Back for all the money wasted on Obamaphones. Wasted on Obamacare. And all the other wasteful Obamascams. Pay Us Back!

That's the very definition of what Milton Freidman was advocating for.

I'm all in favor of giving every legal adult American citizen an annual subsidy, say $7,500 in exchange for completely abolishing all the poverty programs, bureaucracies, and such.
