I only read Cosmo in the checkout line to catch up on the 25 "secret" ways some twenty-something hipsterette in Sally Jesse Raphael glasses (without lenses)
thinks I can be driven wild in bed with. Seriously, it seems they come up with 25 "different" ways
every month and blab so on the cover to sell magazines to 17-25 year old girls.
I believe the only difference between each issue is that they put a different anorexia nervosa patient on the cover each month.
I've been glancing at those covers since college (30+ years ago). And yes, they're exactly the same headlines with a different girl on the cover. The articles that I've read feature the same "moves" to "drive him crazy", just with modernized and more vulgar vocabulary.
There's nothing new under the sun.
