Not the standard definition, but it seems to me hating and despising people of your own race would qualify. And its every bit as idiotic as hating and despising those of a different race.
It’s still racism. It’s important to me (and it should be to all, i think) to make sure that every syllable spokenand drop of ink printed decrying racism over the last sixty years applies to all and not just to a few favored groups
