A judgment is expected on December 18. Sami Ullah Afridi is the second member of the legal team to flee following militant threats Two weeks back he admits it in his interview with journalists that unknown people calling him from an Afghanistan mobile phone and threaten due for the counseling of Dr Shakeel Afridi. He also added that people also demand money from him, because they think that USA gives me money for the counseling of Dr Shakeel Afridi. Sami Ullah Afridi whose member of the Peshawar high court bar and also an active member of FATA lawyer Peshawar, has worked as counselor of Dr Shakeel Afridi in Commissioner FCR court also In FATA tribunal. The other lawyer of Dr Shakeel Afridi Mr. Qamar Afridi confirmed the escape of Sami Ullah Afridi and said that he left Pakistan from Bacha Khan Air Port, but he didn’t share me the reason, that’s why he left the country. Dr Shakeel afridi whose behind the prison due to the links with Banned Organization, his review case in FATA Tribunal Peshawar, Sami Ullah Afridi and Qamar Afridi worked as counselor in Tribunal. The last the hearing was on 9 December, where the 3 member tribunal announced that the final decision will be announced on 18 December 2013. The senior lawyer of the Peshawar High Court and Ex Deputy Attorney General Iqbal Momand said that FATA Tribunal has separate position and after the decision of FATA Tribunal, no one can challenge the decision of the Tribunal in Peshawar High Court, because the Peshawar High court has no jurisdiction. No lawyer comments on the Dr Shakeel Afridi escaped from the country nor the Peshawar High Court or District Bar call for any protest or demand for lawyer protection. Its remind that the commissioner FCR whose suspend the punishment of Dr Shakeel Afridi , killed in different circumstances in Islamabad , still no clear position came after the death of Commissioner FCR , whose was also Commissioner Peshawar. On 30 November 2013 Dr Shakeel Afridi wrote a letter to his lawyer , in which he also condemn the government action and said that I have no permission to meet my lawyer ( counselor ) . In his one page Urdu language letter Dr Shakeel didn’t show any hope from FATA Tribunal Peshawar.
