I’m not religious but my mom is a DEVOUT Catholic.
After initially liking him my mom said he’s reminding her of all the liberal priests she knows. There are a lot of them, and liberal nuns are also a problem.
But as we see on this thread a lot of people seem to have the idea you can’t be a good Catholic without making excuses for this guy. Kinda like how Republicans felt they had to rally around George Bush when he was being liberal.
Socialist “Conservatives” are as bad as any other liberal. Looks like this Pope is one of them.
This is why a new movement, a movement that embraces Judeo/Christian ideals, hedonism, low taxes, eating of non-kosher foods, small government and circumcision is starting.
Some of us are at it’s fore(skin)front.
I was raised Roman Catholic.
And I sure as hell won’t make excuses for the guy.
If he’s a lib, he’s a POS. I don’t care if he’s the Pope or not.
God is still the higher Pay Grade, and if he’s not following what the Big Guy says, he’s a turd.
We have enough problem with liberalism without it coming from the Vatican as well.
