I believe “that” kind of sex is anything but gay. Ouch!

No need. Gays prefer to have sex in public places.

Paudio: Like many other crimes which occur in the privacy of people's homes (elder-starving, wife-beating, abuse/neglect of children, etc.) enforcement is not based on universal home surveillance. It is based on either (1) reporting of physical evidence by a healthcare provider (e.g. gonorrhea of the throat in an 18-month-old), or (2)charges being brought by a victim.

This may (not "will", but may) provide a standing and cause for action of any homosexual who feels he was exploited in the relationship and seeks recompense through the courts.

Of course, it's also true that much homosexual activity occurs outside the home: public rest rooms, scenic views, parked cars, bars, back alleys, and other opportunistic venues. Anyone bothered by the gays scurrying in the bushes at their favorite recreational site, can call the cops.

Good.

It also conduces to additional legislation to make soliciting for, advertising, advocating, or conducting propaganda to juveniles for anal penetration, etc. illegal as well.

Twice as good.

Buggery is not a sacred human right. It is cause of social disintegration, and a public health disaster. India can't afford to tolerate that. Actually, nobody can.

Oh, and I forgot to say:

This will also make additional charges possible when someone's on trial for forcible rape, statutory rape of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, prostitution, and other criminal acts. The fact that an already-criminal indecency was the sexual exploitation of a minor of the same sex , for instance, could be an aggravating factor, or an add-on charge.

Good. At least India won't be teaching fisting in school-sponsored events, as was done in Massachusetts.
