There should be an evidentiary presumption against the police when they have a dash camera and/or uniform camera and neither are turned on during an incident that results in the death or injury of a suspect.

I agree as well as an automatic state level inquiry, confiscation of all his weapons and temporarily restricting him from owning any firearm until the inquiry is over.

No more internal investigations. Ever!

Then when they come back should the inquiry determine it was okay, he should be a weaponless police officer for minimum of 2 years before he’s allowed to carry again.
