I wonder if the people of New York even know what individual liberty is any more. And the NYPD who have plenty of real criminals to chase is going to waste valuable time and manpower chasing after decent folks that simply want to protect themselves. Of course, the police in NY will not be held to these same legal standards by their own demand.
