The current rules were not in effect in the mid 1960's. 1) Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. 2) You had to be a citizen of Indonesia to attend their schools. If his USA citizenship was not renounced, how did Obama/Soetoro get around the formality of # 1 and #2?.

Obamas guardian voided his US citizenship. Therefore he was required to have his citzenship re-instated by either his guardian or himself. Neither of which there is any documentation that exists. There is documentation of the Obama US citizenship surrender.
