How can someone say, with a straight face, that it was a hate crime - But then say that it was “Random” ?
Why should anyone fear being out at 2:oo in the morning or any hour for that matter—just crawl in a cave, you sound like a coward who sucks their thumb while in bed at 7:30pm.
