So after enrolling on the website (?) she was notified that her enrollment conditions had changed and she wouldn't be receiving as much aide as she was told?

So the website has problems not only with simple capacity and availability, it is getting the ratings, costs, discounts, credits, etc. wrong too? So the website fails not just in the computer science realm, but also in its fundamental purpose, its business rules etc.... Oh, and I've heard stories of data security experts stating it has security issues too. Great, just great...
