That article is lying to you, since Governor Scott Walker said exactly those things, including, if it were easier to get into the country, we wouldn't need to have increased border security.

Here is Scott Walker, in his own words, in a YouTube, saying exactly what this articles states, that he is in favor of Citizenship for those in this country illegally, and amazingly, he thinks if it were easier for them to get into this country legally, there would be no need for tougher border security laws:
