Republicans must APPEAR like they are doing everything in there power to SAVE Obamacare while in reality doing nothing.

Also they must trumpet repeal and alternative plans containing such things as interstate health insurance purchases, tort reform, and a few cherry picked positives buried in ACA.

I disagree. They should be doing nothing but reminding people that this crap passed without a single republican vote. They should do nothing until people realize what voting for socialism does in the end. IMHO, it will only be then when conservatism has a chance to win over the hearts and minds of the low information voter.
