It’s the one ray of sunshine in this electoral travesty, and not receiving much coverage. McAuliffe won’t be able to get a whole lot of his leftist plans done with the GOP legislature. Not to mention the fact that The Punk has even less political and executive experience than Obama - and that’s saying something...

VA legislature needs to pass a law requiring that statewide elections require the winning candidate get 50.1% of the vote or a runoff be held between the top two vote getters. That will end the Perot-inspired Savin travesty.
If they don’t accomplish anything else this would be hugely worthwhile.

God are people just effing stupid. This clown has never been elected to a town water board seat, and has never lived in VA until up a year ago. Comes into VA spewing nonsense and lies and gets elected. I don't care if there was a LINO running who may have helped him, he still shouldn't have been elected.
All McAuliffe is going to do is loot the state treasury, promote more crony capitalism and kickbacks and give Hillary an edge in 2016. The most corrupt Governor-elect who would make Edwin Edwards blush.

Interesting that when it’s a LOCAL election like for delegate or House of Representatives, we get a better reflection of the population.
When it’s statewide or national, totally different outcome...
