Funny you should mention going Galt...I’m about half way thru the book...prophetic, no? Before we married, I had gone as much Galt as possible. My theory was “the more I make, the more they take” so I kept my income as low as I could...no tv...beater vehicle...apartment dweller...shopped at Goodwill, etc. I doubt Mr V3 is going to want to burn down his property like the character in Atlas...oil guy...can’t remember name...and move to an even more rural place than we have. LOL. No, there’s only so much we can do.
About the book...the only thing I really dislike about it so far is the adulterous relationship between Dagny and Reardon. Maybe there will be a great explanation for it later on, but right now I find it somewhat creepy!
