American Tactical Imports (ATI) is the latest gun manufacturing company to flee New York’s draconian gun laws for safer grounds, citing the state’s passage of the SAFE Act and Summerville, South Carolina’s proximity to the port-of-entry for several of their imported products.
The move will bring more than 115 jobs to South Carolina where locals are supportive of the company’s move. ”The people of South Carolina have welcomed ATI with open arms and we are excited about making our new corporate home there,” said company president Tony DiChario. ATI will invest nearly $3 million in Summerville, a Charleston suburb.

Once it happens, I’ll be leafing through their product list to find something I want.
Besides, if you live in a totalitarian state, even if you can work around the laws and still turn a profit, your corporate taxes and your employees’ income and sales taxes go to pay to impose even more tyranny upon yourselves, your employees, and fellow citizens. How could anyone in good conscience do that?
Read something earlier this week that BHO’s DoJ lawyers were arguing before the SCOTUS that the U.S. should defer to international law and adopt international treaties, e.g.,the UN Small Arms Treaty and LOST regardless whether the Senate approve them.
Too bad you can’t get found in contempt making a bad argument before SCOTUS.
THe charges should be “Making stupid, unsupportable statements before the Supreme Court”; wasting the court’s time on garbage, and violating the constitutional rights of Americans.

They might should relocate somewhere but not in the south. Like Mexicans, they stick out like sore thumbs down here and think we should do everything like the hell hole they escaped from.
Yes, we were infected after Katrina but we didn’t like their crime, drugs and trash so there are far fewer down here today. Come here legally and act like an American... Welcome... come here illegally and act like third world trash... you will not fair well... not in Mississippi.
