It is, was, and will be corrupt. Sebelius should as a Constitutional Officer, shut it down for its security failings.
Failing that, she should be impeached. Now, how hard is that?? Her malfeasence is clear. Can any average Freeper write up the document of impeachment and send it to their Congressional Representative? I mean Obama threw her under the bus. Congress i.e. the House of OUR Representatives can certainly do no less?? or??
Do not ask for her resignation, impeach her for cause. If the Senate does not convict her, that convicts the Senate of malfeasance.
Unlike repubs (John McCain, et al), dems stick together no matter what.
