Get the facts right.

Take a page from your own book. The Naturalization Law does not supersede the NBC requirement of the Constitution.

So, in your twisted mind, the Constitution means whatever YOU claim that it means, even if the rest of us disagree with your very odd interpretation?

You are the one basing your claim on emotion and personal whim. There is no evidence at all to support your view.

The definition of “natural born” was given by the Naturalization Law of 1790, and the congressional record shows that the British law of one British parent determining the natural born status of the child born overseas was to be followed.

And, for the record, Vattel was French and did not use the term “natural born”. As a Frenchman he used French, and specifically used the French term: “indigenes” — indigenous — native. Even though there is a French word for “natural” and a French word for “born”, he did not use them together. The naturelle are the indigenes.

Please post the DEFINITIVE phrase from the US Constitution that establishes that it requires 2 citizen parents at birth for a citizen to be Natural Born and therefore eligible to be President of the United States.
