We eat a whole health protein rich, vitamin rich, garlic spice rich diet.
Tons of Olive , Coconut and natural oils.
There are no HFCS’s, packaged foods, fake bacon and no animal or dairy products with hormones or antibiotics.
We eat organic everything, No glyphosate period.
I am a technically “green” Conservative in the sense that I do not introduce any Chemical, fake , hormone antibiotic crap into my environment.
