When asked if they have used the website that's been plagued with problems since its Oct. 1 launch, both officials said they created accounts for themselves.
But both also said they have not subjected themselves to the same process that regular Americans have endured while shopping for health insurance on the website.
"I have created an account on the site," Sebelius said, when questioned by CNN's Sanjay Gupta on Tuesday. "I have not tried signing up because I have insurance."

Never needed it, don’t need it, don’t wanna know about it.
Any major corporation would require the key person in charge actually test out the system, at least on a key feature level, and absolutely want to know how ready a launch is before creating a problem with existing or new customers.
The press does a non existent job in asking some of the basics and pressing them.
In other words:
Kathleen, wouldn’t you want to go through the whole process to see for yourself what the consumer will experience??

Translation: "My flunkies have created a token account for me on the site, after working 24/7 for ten days."
