They have shamans. They got the herbs and stuff to heal things.
Well, if they want to continue to get their care from shamans and even worse government health care, then that’s fine, but they are always looking for ways to make a buck. I doubt they would mind hosting doctors, clinics, and hospitals for non-Indians.
