The Obama administration has made headway against an online bottleneck that jammed enrollment for the president's healthcare reform, but new technical problems greeted users on Monday.

Three weeks after the launch of new health insurance plans under Obamacare, users were able to create accounts for themselves and begin the process of enrolling.

"Today was the first day that we got all the way to the last screen. But then an error screen popped up saying the site would be down for 72 hours," Zahran said.

I can’t believe people are still spending hours trying to get on that site and enroll. Cleaning the cat pan is much more productive.

Don’t worry about it.

The government medical providers will be just as good as the government workers that set up the website....

After you manually type answers to 20 pages of personal questions it crashes and gives the page:
Sorry, this system is temporarily out of service. Please try again later. Thank you for visiting the Affordable Health Care Act site’

Funny definition of "improvement."

*I can’t believe people are still spending hours trying to get on that site and enroll.*

I expect the last page to say:
“Now we need all the usernames and passwords to all your banking, ATM, and Internet accounts after you upload a copy of your birth certificate and a photo ID.”

if you don’t mind a rip-off, identity theft, or giving out your personal information to whomever, then by all means keep trying

“Welcome to the dawn of a new age of Socialism. Thank you for attempting to be a part of the Worker's Paradise. We hope that we are more successful than the Communists and Socialists of the past that have all failed.

At least we are keeping the tradition of failure connected with Socialized medicine alive. May you live long in spite of the UnAfforadable Deathcare Act.

Have a good one.”

If the site problems continue, how long before Big Media starts spouting the meme that it’s all because “right-wing hackers are trying to sabotage the ObamaCare website”??

(Hey, they had no problem portraying Zimmerman as ruthlessly hunting down poor little Trayvon ....)

Like most things with the Obama regime, I keep thinking of the complete and unending meltdown the media would be having if it were a Republican administration in charge of this fiasco. Sadly, much of the public would be in a similar complete and unending meltdown much the same way they wanted to run Bush out of town for gas prices around $3.00, but happily fill up at close to $4.00 under Obama.

Recoding introduces new bugs.

Recoding after a disastrous, embarrassing rollout, when 100 million screaming people are in your ear, produces even more.

The web site is just a nuisance. The real problems will begin when folks find out how much they will have to pay.

I expect it to assign premiums based on whether or not your name appears on a list of Obama donors. That's the part that gets me. Nowhere can anyone get in writing the rates that will be charged based upon A, B, and C. Instead, one inputs the info, the website takes that info and accesses some government database while it runs 92 separate applications, and then it magically spits out how much my premium will be.

Wouldn't it be better to go directly to the insurer and get the rates from them without having to use Big Brother as a middleman?

From what I’ve read it’s an architecture problem that will ultimately force them to shut down the site and start all over again.
