Did anyone read past the first paragraph? He said that he supported Cruz, Lee, and the others. The first paragraph is the conventional wisdom of Washington, not the author’s opinion.

Correct, and actually the "conventional wisdom" of his Weekly Std. too. Authors should not write that way. News anchors do it too, putting a quote before saying who spoke it. Ignorant.

It appears not.
I hope Freepers will go back up and read his second and third paragraphs.

He had me scared during that 1st paragraph. And I was about to go on an anti-Fox News tirade. Now I can’t wait to see his first paragraph show up in a RINO attack ad against Cruz during the primary trying to show how many “conservatives” hate Cruz. Sort of like when they tried to make the case that Newt was more liberal than Romney.
