Rand said that it will be contraproductive to shut down the government and try to blame Obama. Says that Obama would win on the issue.
Says soldiers wouldnt get paid in a shutdown.
Says calling those who wont filibuster the House defund bill who always voted against Obama-care appeasers is ‘unfair’
