Was McCain wishing to ask a question or did McCain ask him to yield?

McCain's party leader (Harry Reid) was asking for time for McCain. lol.

You know, to put the cap on this, Cruz should keep talking as long as he wishes. At least 4 more hours. That would be cool, esp if Harry Reid threatens to pull him off by calling the sergent at arms etc.

High drama here. Why stop now?
