So Cruz has agreed to stop at noon? Not that I heard. He repeated that he intended to speak as long as he could stand. He keeps referring to how much time he has left. WILL he stop? High drama.

They made some agreement to let him speak till around noon, but hey, looks like Cruz is shoving that agreement up the democrats behind.
