I think it took about a hundred years of this before they organized the crusades.

I think people are developing a more "nuanced" understanding of those evil Crusaders.

One would think that there would be at least a few Muzzies in mosque positions that would stand up and thoroughly condemn what has gone down…. but just like 9/11 and numerous other incidents of violence, nothing. The one thing that I’ve learned about muslims is that very few know the Quran at all and the reason why is quite interesting……they know it generally advocates acts of extreme violence and they are afraid to know what it specifically says in detail. Most would tell you “everybody knows what is in it but no, I have never actually read it”. Essentially, if they knew what it told them to do and they didn’t do it, they would be regarded as an apostate or worse. Far safer for them to stay away from the book completely and plead ignorance.

As I tell folks who I discuss such matters with, there is no such thing as a ‘moderate Muslim’....unless one wants to use that as an euphemism for an ‘apostate Muslim’ or otherwise is an uninvolved Muslim and only has that status by reason of birth, not personal beliefs. As for the real true believing Muslim? Look no further than Bin Laden. A book that I found to be quite enlightening on this subject is “The Secrets of the Koran” by Don Richardson. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to him after he did a seminar at our church.

I am of Mediterranean background, my ancestors fought the muslims for hundreds of years and people from other countries were their victims into the 19th and 20th centuries. Of course the Christian community of the Middle East and North Africa has been gradually ground down to minority status over a thousand years and are still living in subjugation to the muslims.

Muslims would turn on the civilians as soon as the invaded nation’s army had been defeated. If you want to know the true nature of Islam,look up Beslan and read about what the Chechan muslims did to 300 people including women and children when they attacked a school on the first day of school. Islamic terrorism goes back to the begining of Islam, it is new to most of us because it had been dormant for more than a century as the European powers colonized the muslim world and enforced western laws. Now the muslim world has its independence and the muslims have lots of oil money to empower their evil cause.

The muslims are a conquered people, even after all these centuries of islam, they still know that they are not a free people. The islamic world is a lot like the iron curtain countries under communism. They were under the evil doctrine of communism which was enforced by the government, the same thing is true of islam. Over a billion people lived under communism but we did not call it “one of the world’s great religions” because so many people lived under it. Instead we recognized that a group of armed thugs had stolen these countries from the people.

Islam controls a large part of the world because centuries ago a mad dog cult with an army conquered their ancestors and an evil doctrine was forced on them much as the communists did to the eastern Europeans and Chinese. Islam didn’t grown by sending missionaries, it grew by leaps and bounds by the conquest of nations by force.

My daughter and I went to visit Old Ironsides two years ago. I plan to take my other daughter someday and take my two grandkids, I want them to see living history. It is hard to believe that you are actually standing on a ship that is two hundred years old from the days of Thomas Jefferson.

Weren't the crusades an eventually response to the Muslim encroachment of Europe? I am no historian, but the number I heard was appoximately 100 years after the first Muslim inroads into Europe. Maybe others can enlighten us.

I just watched the first installment of the heavily touted TV show ‘Black List’. A terrorist was planning an elaborate chemical attack on the National Zoo in DC. The terrorist was a Orthodox Christian Serb. We know how many terrorist events they have carried out in the US. The lamestreams are never going to point the finger at the Islamos, never, even if they detonate some sort of nuclear device. This is a war we can't name and BHO is busy making it all about turning the US armed forces into the proxies of the House of Saud.
