Good questions! Also, we were first told that he used Rollie Chance’s ID to get in facility, then told it was mistake because that ID had been found near his body, then we are told today that he used his own ID to get in to facility!!
Where is Rollie Chance? Why was his ID there to begin with? I read he was retired. We also read that his family said he was receiving mental health services , yet they had not seen him in 5 years???
At this point I am actually wondering if he was the shooter at all!

Information sent to me by FNC Justin Fishel:
Fox News has exclusively obtained Aaron Alexis military records.
Among the most interesting information is the positive evaluations he often received from his superiors.
In an evaluation dated Spring of 2008, his immediate supervisor wrote:
-AEAN Alexis has been onboard a short time and has established himself as a get-it-done addition to the work center. Possesses unlimited potential and can become a valuable asset to the command with the proper guidance and self-discipline.
-Talented technician. Meticulously completed over 20 MAFS, including four EOC-coded discrepancies, directly contributing to his exceptional mission readiness of the command
-Eager trainee
-Community minded. Dedicated over 10 hours of off-duty time to the Atlanta Food Bank distributing food to needy individuals in the metro Atlanta area
The Spring evaluation concludes by checking a box that says must promote.
In the Fall of 09 Alexis received more positive praise:
-Proven technician
-Motivated
-Essential Team Member
The evaluation similarly concludes that he is progressing well and recommended for advancement to AE2.
Its not until and evaluation in Spring of 2009 that Alexis gets his first negative review. The review is based on a punishment and reduction in rank he received in August 2008 when he missed a day of work after he was arrested and thrown in jail in Atlanta for disorderly behavior.
The evaluation reads:
AEAA Alexis has had a severe lapse in judgment on a number of occasions, and has been counseled several times for inappropriate conduct.
it goes on to say he was awarded Non Judicial Punishment in July on 2009. That is a reference to his reduction in rank and forfeiture of half his pay for two months.
Later that year, though, Alexis appealed the punishment and in December the Navy granted his appeal, reinstated his rank and paid back the money he lost. The violation was essentially expunged from his record, one Navy official said.
So by his next review in February of 2010 he was back to getting high marks.
-Team player. Highly motivated technician, an asset to the Avionic Division and Aircraft Maintenance Efforts.
-Motivated Sailor
-AE3 Alexis continues to displays (sic) great strides and a determination to excel. A future key asset to the Commands continued mission success. On track for AE2!
March 2011:
-A competent mechanic who possesses the potential to achieve great things.
-AE3 Alexis will be a valuable asset to any civilian organization.

I've been away most the day, any idea if witnesses have been forced to sign non-disclosure statements. Last I heard buses enroute for transportation to another location.
