i agree with that but the best way to assure that is for Assad to turn over whomever. Barring that we should let the Hague or UN start proceedings. Hell that could take a year and then we see if Assad turns over ant party found guilty. Seems to me he has an easy out here. Someone did it, we’re investigating.
The phone call as reported doesn’t show that anyone in Assad’s regime carried out the attack.
