The media desperately needs a counter-story to distract from the whites dropping like flies lately.

Yea, I guarantee there is more to the story, showing up with a party of 25 with no reservation on a busy night almost certainly would mean a 2 plus hour wait for anyone, and if someone shoved a recorder in my face, I’d be done with them too.
I think there is a lot more to this story.
Not a problem. I don't keep an accounting of the races I encounter each day.
But I'd sure the love opportunity to announce to the world that I have no problem being in a buffet with blacks. /s

I see an awful lot of work for no tips in that picture. We know why the restaurant was happy to comply with the “little old white lady’s” wishes. Let’s be real here. They don’t get it and never will. Those who have had to work hard for a living do though.

Why do you think Golden Corrals have been closing in heavily populated minority areas. I know another small chain that got put out of business by it.
Can’t always tell who will tip well and who will not. usually a restaurant adds in the gratuity for a group that size. Worst tip I ever got, back when I was working at a supper club, was from a group of county and municipal judges.

Something’s wrong here.
1. One person felt threatened, so 25 had to go?
2. Would this be news except the people who had to go were Black? I don’t think so.
3. The person who felt threatened, Liberal would be my guess.
4. 25 people can drive this establishment under? That would be my guess too.
“If that bunch were in a buffet, the place would go out of business”. I think the implication was that this on the “chubby side” bunch could eat the buffet into bankruptcy.
They got even more animated when I told them a coke was $2.25 and the cheapest beer was $4.50 a pint.
They seemed certain that this rule was made up on the spot and only because I didn't like black people. Oh, and they thought I was gay.
After surrounding me and waving their fingers/fists in my face, they promised to come back and "protest."

My youngest delivered pizzas for about 4 year, through college.
One thing he said he could count on, a pizza delivery to a Black residence was certain to recieve no tip.
Gosh! I guess I’m outta line. They’re monstrously huge and it’s doubtful it’s from a glandular condition. Ask Golden Corral why they’re closing up stores.
